The hardness of the blade of 56° HRC significantly reduces material consumption and a long service life of the cutting edge is possible. For you, this means less sharpening and sharpening. With our special hardening process, each blade is individually hardened and monitored - with the best result in terms of hardness and microstructure. Each cutting edge is provided with a polishing trigger: even sharper, even faster, even better – also thanks to the cutting edge and blade geometry used. By using sharp knives at all times, it is possible to save material and time, achieve higher productivity and fewer accidents through fatigue-free, energy-saving work.
The polished surface allows less residue to adhere to the blade, making it corrosion-resistant and easier to clean. There is no gap at the blade exit from the handle, the handle does not absorb grease or dirt, is still easy to clean, heat-resistant, shock and abrasion resistant. The series includes different handle colors for different applications or purposes. Colour coding can improve and facilitate hygiene even more.
