Chelchele is an increasingly famous, high-altitude micro-region and washing station located in the Gedeb district of Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. If you are holding a bag of Chelchele, you are about to drink some of the most elegant, intensely floral, and fruit-forward coffee in the world.
