The Opinel N05 is the largest model that does not feature the Virobloc safety ring. This little knife is commonly used to perform small tasks such as opening letters or boxes. Stabilized beechwood is ultra-resistant and comfortably contoured to fit the hand. The blade is made from 12C27 Sandvik Stainless steel, which will not rust, however, try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use.
