The blade is deployed via a thumb stud and is exceptionally smooth to operate thanks to the ceramic ball bearings in the pivot. The handles are made from dark brown Micarta that is lightly textured to give a grip but still comfortable to hold. The knife comes with a reversible deep carry pocket clip and fits perfectly in a pocket.
