This Samura® chef's knife from SULTAN series, is an extremely easy-to-use knife, both for cutting and slicing (eg into cubes) your food. It is ideal for cutting meat or fish and for chopping your vegetables. The Sultan knife series consists of knives whose blades have the characteristic, traditional, Asian, arched shape, with the raised nose. Thanks to the large blade, you can easily cut all food (into cubes), while with the raised tip, you can even remove bones. The blades of the knives are made of 67 layers of Damascus steel and their handle is made of high pressure fiberglass, G-10.
