The Opinel N010 is a big folding knife that should not be considered a "pocket" knife. Many people have found that its size makes it a perfect everyday steak knife that can be folded and stored in the kitchen drawer. Stabilized beechwood is ultra-resistant and comfortably contoured to fit the hand. The blade is made from 12C27 Sandvik Stainless steel, which will not rust, however, try to avoid leaving your Opinel knife in damp environments for too long and dry the blade after each use.
